Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional processing time during holidays or special launches. We currently ship within the United States using standard domestic shipping, with rates calculated at checkout based on location and package weight via USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered, but we will do our best to help you locate your package. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
